Written in the high volcanic south.
Guji sits in southern Ethiopia’s Oromia Region at 1,800 — 2,350m — among the highest coffee lands in the country. Volcanic red basalt soils, cool nights, and dense heirloom arabica yield a cup prized by specialty roasters: berry and tropical fruit sweetness, jasmine florals, a silky body, and a refined, tea-like brightness. Natural lots lean fruit-forward with exceptional clarity.

Every bag carries a farmer’s signature.
Direct partnerships with smallholder farmers. Above fair-trade on every lot. Organic cultivation, shade-grown under native canopy. Every bag traceable to the co-op, the wash station, the hands that held it between.
Two other temperaments.
