Our Return Promise

Return any unopened coffee within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

We'll provide a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.

Want to try a different roast? We'll exchange it at no extra cost.

If you're not satisfied with the taste or quality of your coffee, we'll replace it or provide a full refund - even if the package is opened.

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your coffee.

Email us at returns@xcoffee.com or call (555) 123-4567 to initiate your return.

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Pack your items securely and drop off at any UPS location.

Receive your refund within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

Coffee bags should be unopened for full refund

Original packaging preferred but not required

Coffee accessories must be in original condition

Opened coffee eligible for exchange or store credit

1-2 business days after we receive your return

3-5 business days to appear in your account
