    We’ve printed the carriage label. The parcel has not yet left the bench.

  2. In transit

    On the road.

    Your parcel is with the carrier, moving between sorting centres toward your address.

  3. Out for delivery

    The last mile.

    A driver has the parcel in their vehicle. It will be at your door today.

  4. Delivered

    Safely landed.

    The carrier has handed the parcel over. Time to grind.
