Written in the floral highlands.
Nestled in the southern highlands of Ethiopia at 1,700 — 2,200m, Yirgacheffe produces some of the world’s most distinctive coffee. The cool temperatures, the shade canopy, and the hand-picking at peak ripeness coax out jasmine, lemon peel, and a clean finish that lingers like tea. It is what most of the world thinks Ethiopian coffee tastes like — for good reason.

Every bag carries a farmer’s signature.
Direct partnerships with smallholder farmers. Above fair-trade on every lot. Organic cultivation, shade-grown under native canopy. Every bag traceable to the co-op, the wash station, the hands that held it between.
