Written in the wine country of coffee.
Sidamo grows across 1,400 — 2,200m on diverse microclimates, each hillside holding a slightly different cup. Natural processing leaves the fruit pulp on during drying, coaxing wine-like acidity and berry depth into the bean. The result is balanced, medium-bodied, and sweet on the finish — a cup you can drink all morning.

Every bag carries a farmer’s signature.
Direct partnerships with smallholder farmers. Above fair-trade on every lot. Organic cultivation, shade-grown under native canopy. Every bag traceable to the co-op, the wash station, the hands that held it between.
Two other temperaments.
